Purpose: a significant increase in the durability of expensive tools when drilling and threading stainless and other hard-to-cut steels and alloys.

Composition: in addition to antifriction components, the composition contains chemically active substances that intensify the processes of drilling and thread cutting. The composition is environmentally friendly, does not contain toxic elements. Long-term active tests in the industry give the right to assert that the durability of drills, taps and dies when working on stainless steels increases by 5-6 times.

Method of application: different, depending on the size of the instrument. Squeeze the intensifier out of the tube into a small container of 50-100 g. By dipping, brushing or using another method, apply "MIR" to the working surfaces of the drill or tap. When cutting threads with a die, "MIR" should be applied to the shaft of the screw or stud. When using a tool of large diameters, it is allowed to apply "MIR" from the nozzle of the dosing gun to the cutting edges of the tool or to the surface to be treated. Over time, periodically, the intensifier on the cutting edges of the tool should be updated.

* "Mir" is produced in tubes weighing 400 g for an extrusion gun. At the request of the customer, it is possible to manufacture in large volumes and packing in other containers.
